-First, you have to learn the ropes. You will enter a thorough training period where you will be onboarded to the degree that you require. Some will need more time than others. We will go over everything from compliance and marketing strategies, to how to deliver the perfect sales pitch.

-Second, you will build your brand. Working on both gathering new business, and prospecting for agents of your own, if you desire.
